This Is A Squat.  Hip crease below knees.  Knees tracking with feet. Chest high. Head forward.  Bar trapped between rear delt and traps (notice how she doesn’t even have to hold the bar to keep it from rolling).  The load is over the heels.  If youre doing something else, you are probably doing it wrong.
